Delivery Guarantee

FunaGifts.com guarantees that the Hampers, Flowers or Gifts will be delivered if the orders are made within the stipulated time frame.

FunaGifts.com will not be liable for any damages arising directly or indirectly from the late delivery or non-delivery of orders under any of the following circumstances:-

  1. The recipient was not present at the address given within the days or hours during the delivery were requested.
  2. Incorrect recipient address was given.
  3. No contact or Invalid contact number was given to contact the recipient for the delivery arrangement.
  4. No such person at the given address.
  5. Recipient rejects to receive the given gifts due to his or her personal reason.

When placing your order, please identify the date within the stipulated time frame on which your order is to be delivered. Please refer to the following basic guideline of delivery schedule :

**In the case of delivery is to be made within a very short time frame due to actual occasion day falls less than 3 working days, please call us at (65) 6385 9687 for delivery arrangement agreement. Please note this is subjected to availability of drivers. We reserve the right to turn down requests if resources are not available.

Delivery Charges
Unless specified, all delivery within Singapore is free for all items. Please note for the items with an Additional Delivery Charge listed and the items to be delivered to any of the restricted areas listed in "Charges for Restricted Areas".

Additional Delivery Charges
Please note for the items with an additional delivery charge of S$7 (GST inclusive) per item will be imposed per delivery. This will be reflected in the Special Delivery Information of the items & Shopping Cart. It may be adjusted during Checkout depending on recipient and delivery specifications.

Charges For Restricted Areas
Kindly note that there will be additional delivery charges for the following restricted areas. For Sentosa Island, an additional S$7 (GST inclusive) will be charged. For other restricted areas, an additional charge of S$21 (GST inclusive) is required. These surcharges are imposed due to the length of time required to gain security clearance into these areas.

2. Airport Cargo Complex ( Airline Road & Alps Road )
3. All Shipyard
4. Jurong Island
5. All PSA Ports
6. Army Camps

Express Delivery Charges
If the delivery is to be made within 3 hours after confirmation, there will be an additional charge of S$14 (GST inclusive). Please note this is subjected to availability of drivers. Please call us at (65) 6385 9687. We reserve the right to turn down requests if resources are not available.

Special Delivery Charges
If the delivery is to be made at specific time (e.g. at 8pm) or within a very short time frame (e.g. 8pm to 8.30pm). The additional charge for special delivery is S$21 (GST inclusive). Please note this is subjected to availability of drivers. Please call us at (65) 6385 9687. We reserve the right to turn down requests if resources are not available.

During the peak seasons, if the delivery is to be made at specific day (e.g. 24 Dec 2009) or within a short time frame (e.g. am only or next day after confirmation). The additional charge for special delivery is S$7 (GST inclusive). Please note this is subjected to availability of drivers. Please call us at (65) 6385 9687. We reserve the right to turn down requests if resources are not available.

For peak seasons like Chinese New Year and Valentine’s Day, there will be other areas whereby this additional charge will be imposed

Redelivery Charges
A surcharge of S$14 (GST inclusive) will be imposed if the sender do not wish to disclose the contact of the recipient. If redelivery is not made on the same working day or the next working day, please note that we will have to replace your order to ensure that only the freshest and the highest quality gifts are sent to the recipients. This order is chargeable at 25% discount off the original price and is applicable for all perishable gifts like flowers, fruit.

Redirection Charges
For redirection of orders, a surcharge of S$7 (GST inclusive) will be applicable. In the event that the order is cancelled after delivery has been attempted, the full price will still be payable.
